Michael has facilitated mediations for various civil disputes, including small claims, civil harassment, and unlawful detainers, and has worked on labor-management disputes and workplace conflicts.
Michael holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Champlain College and a Bachelor of Arts in History from San Francisco State University. He is certified in mediation from the Family Resolution Institute and Steven Rosenberg.
