Family Related Mediation

Family mediation is an informal conflict resolution in which a mediator helps parties reach mutually beneficial agreements concerning issues that might otherwise impede the process of family law proceedings. Details of the mediation are not disclosed to the court unless disclosure is agreed to by both parties. Matters may include, but are not limited to:

· Child Custody: Disputes regarding Child Support, Custody, Scheduling, Transportation/Exchanges, and/or Special Provisions

· Divorce: Disputes regarding Spousal Support, Assets/Debts, Retirement, Taxes, Property rights, Health insurance, Investments, and/or Legal expenses

· Domestic Disputes: Disputes can be deafening. Allow us the opportunity to assist in ensuring that everyone is heard and understood.
